News & Updates
We’re excited to share the soon to be published findings from a recent University of Saskatchewan (U of S) research project which examined grain consumption patterns identified in the recently released 2015 Canadian Community Health Survey (CCHS). The findings were presented at the Canadian Nutrition Society (CNS) Annual Conference, Halifax N.S., May 4, 2018.
You can learn more from the links below, but you can also sign up for a CNS hosted webinar on November, 28 2018: Balancing the Grain/Health Dilemma. The webinar will showcase updated scientific evidence from US, Australia and now new Canadian research on grain consumption patterns including both whole grains and enriched “refined” grains.
