The Healthy Grains Institute's Scientific Advisory Council (SAC) is comprised of independent scientists and nutritional experts who have joined together to identify science-backed evidence that supports the consumption of wheat and other grains as part of a balanced diet. The Scientific Advisory Council members are a group of multidisciplinary experts with experience ranging from human health and nutrition to plant science and biochemistry.
